Race distances are Enticer (short course) and Sprint distance (long course).

Enticer = 350m swim / 10km cycle / 2.5km run, aimed at encouraging those new to the sport to give it a go no matter what level of fitness or ability you have. You can even wear fins in the swim if you want. It’s all about fun!!

Sprint = 750m swim / 20km cycle / 5km run, aimed at the participants that may have attended one or two other events in the past.
