☀️ BMA R2R– 100km GRAND FONDO TRAINING PROGRAM – JUNE 14TH – SEPT 7th

We are also launching our Saturday ride to 100km program targeting the BMA R2R 100km Grand Fondo

Our 1st ride starts at 55km on JUNE 14th

Every 3 weeks we will increase our distance, this is a NO DROP ride and as long as you can ride at 20km per hour we welcome you to join us.

If this pace is a bit fast for you, please contact us, there may be others as well and we will do our best to hook you up with a riding buddy!

Remember, group riding is much easier than going solo, you CAN ride faster in a group thanks to that awesome phenomena called drafting (saving approx 30% effort)

Depending on numbers and abilities, we will have 2 pace groups to accommodate everyone. So get that Mate on a bike and accept this awesome bucket list challenge!

for more info on this program, please get in touch face to face at other training sessions or email us at .

☀️ Sunday Sessions – Our Signature Social Training

Sunday is the heart of our club week—a friendly, flexible training morning designed for all ages and abilities.

Whether you’re brand new to the sport or a long-time triathlete, our Sunday sessions are the perfect way to train, meet others, and build confidence.

We remain at Eimeo until June, then we move to Mackay Harbour to focus on the Mackay Triathlon Festival from July

🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏊 What to Expect:

Our sessions rotate depending on the season and upcoming events, but typically include a mix of:

  • Group Rides – Various pace groups, beginner-friendly, no one gets left behind. A great starting point if you’re new to bunch riding or cycling in general.

  • Brick Sessions – Practice those all-important transitions with back-to-back bike and run workouts, simulating real race conditions.

  • Run Sessions – From easy social jogs to interval work and technique drills.

  • Swim Sessions (Seasonal) – When conditions allow, we include open water swim training with focus on safety, sighting and confidence in ocean swimming.

  • Transition Practice – Learn the tricks to fast, efficient transitions—essential for racing, fun for training!
